Chipping process:
we will use new advanced wood chipper, it is laser cutting, using the high strength Mn steel plates, brand motors, brand bearings, so can ensure the using life! It included the foundation, so you don't need make foundation again! We use 3pcs fly-cutters, so can ensure the final chips' length can be less than 30mm, can enhance the hammer mill's capacity! We also will provide the on site control box, you can control it easily!
Grinding process:
we use new wide type hammer mill, we make the grinding room bigger, and add the hammer blades quantity, so can enhance the capacity 15%. The same time, using the second grinding technology, can ensure the final sawdust can making pellets well. As you know, if the size of final sawdust after hammer mill is too big, when drying, the outside will be dried, but inside is difficult to be dried, when pelleting, can't be extruded, or the ring die will be easy damaged!
Drying process:
we using new advanced dryer machine, it with second drying system and explosion protection system. The input sawdust moisture less than 50%, the final output sawdust moisture less than 15%, the capacity can be 2-3t/h(Ø1.5X9M) and 4-5t/h(Ø1.8X11M). If input sawdust moisture high than 50%, we will add the third drying system(pipe drying system), so still can ensure the final output sawdust moisture less than 15%, capacity still can be 2-3t/h(Ø1.5X9M) and 4-5t/h(Ø1.8X11M).
We will put the temperature sensor in the hot stove and input pipes and output pipes, so we can know the temperature of the hot air. The same time, we will put the moisture sensor in the output sawdust, so we can know the output sawdust moisture, if output sawdust moisture is higher than 15%, we will enhance the input hot air temperature, of course, if the output sawdust moisture is less than 10%, then we will turn down the input hot air temperature!
About the hot stove: with firewall inside, so can ensure the fire star can't go into the dryer machine. It can burn the coal, waste wood, wood pellets and so on, it will be more economy. Because of the special structure, every hour only need burn 100-150kg fuel, but the output hot air can be 400-600 degree, can ensue there are enough hot air in the dryer machine to drying the wet sawdust.
After the dryer machine, we will use end air collecting system, so can collect the end air, also can collect the dust.
Pelleting process:
We will use the most mature technology wood pellet mill, it used well in the EU market, it can be used to make all kinds of wood sawdust(both hard wood and soft wood) into wood pellets, the final pellets can meet EU and Japan and Korea standard. Because of the high-efficiency gear driving system, the capacity can be enhanced 15%, the power consumption can be down 10%(meaning the same power, our wood pellet mill capacity will add about 200-300kg per hour).

We use counter-flow pellets cooler, with unique sliding-valve discharging design, can be fully and evenly cooled. After being cooled, the pellet tempcrature is about 3-5ºC higher than the room temperature, can be stored long time.
Sifting process:
We use rotary screener or vibrating screener, which use one body or combined screener cover structure guarantees lower screener covers weight, stronger rigidity and better sealing. It can remove mostly dust from the pellets, and the dust can be used to make pellets again.About us:
