1.Introduction:
Automatic (high-level) palletizer is a kind of automatic palletizing machine with high palletizing level compared with the robotic palletizer and low-level palletizer. Therefore, the high-level palletizer has a high height and a large installation size. The high-level palletizer is a special high-speed automatic palletizing machine.
The automatic high-level palletizer is used with the automatic packing machine. Automatic bags loading, weighing, folding & sealing, weight detection, metal detection, excess deduction part, sorting part, bags guiding conveyor, bags posture adjusting, bags grouping, stacking, and lifting parts constitute an automatic packing and palletizing production line.
Both high-level palletizers and robotic palletizers are automated palletizing machines that used to complete the stacking of bags (boxes).
2.Difference:
The main differences between the automatic high-level palletizer and the robotic palletizer are as follows:
2.1.Different applications
Robotic palletizer has a wide range of applications, including bags, boxes and so on, all can be used. The high-level palletizer is mainly used in the bags palletizing production line.
2.2.Different installatiing and using
The robotic palletizer is more flexible in installation, and can stack several kinds of finished bags (boxes) at the same time, also can meet the finished bags stacking which transmitted by three sets conveying lines.
The high-level palletizer can only stack one type of bag and meet the finished bags stacking only transmitted by one set conveying line. Palletizing effect: The high-level palletizer has great advantages: 1.the maximum speed can reach 1600 bags per hour, 2.the stacking shape is neat and beautiful, 3. the bags are not easy falling.
The single gripper of the robotic palletizer can reach 800 bags per hour, and the double gripper can reach about 1200 bags per hour.
The disadvantages of the robotic palletizer are: 1. If the position and posture of the bags are not accurate, it will be easy to broken the bags. 2. The stacking type is not as good as the high-level palletizer and manual palletizing, but the high-level palletizer doesn't have these problems.
2.3.The power of the machines is similar, but the using life and the cost are big different.
The high-level palletizer can be used for 15 years, but the robotic palletizer only can be used 5-8 years.
The using cost of high-level palletizer is lower, and the using cost of manipulator is higher.
2.4.The shape made by high-level palletizer is neat and beautiful, which is the robotic palletizer can't get.
2.5.The high-level palletizer is widely used, and can be used in any area. The robotic palletizer cannot be used in highland areas, because the robot difficult to be used.
3.Technological process:
3.1.Bags upside down and lifting: the finished bags are folded and sealed after the material is filled. The finished bags are in a standing state, and will be pushed down by the cylinder to make them lie flat, and then rotated by the disc., the bags are returned to the middle of the conveyor belt, and then the bags enter into the lifting belt, and adjust the bags to the specified position by adjustment baffles which are installed on both sides of the lifting belt. The lifting belt lifts the bags to the palletizer's platform.
3.2.Bags flattening: material in the bags, with more material in the lower part and less material in the upper part. When lying down, there will not be as much material at both ends.
All materials reach as much as the two ends of bags by the vibration conveyor. If it is powdr material, the bags needs to be compressed into a flat shape by the flattening conveyor.
3.3.Servo bags turning machine: general speaking, the palletizing shape is a layer with 2 + 3 bags. The sealing ends of the bags conveyed by the conveyor are in one direction, and all servo machines adjust the bags to different directions according to the needs of the palletizing shape.
3.4.Grouping machgine: 5 bags per layer are divided into 2 rows, and 3 bags are arranged vertically and 2 bags are arranged horizontally. According to the set procedure, the first time is 2 rows of vertical bags and 3 rows of horizontal bags, and the second time is 3 rows of vertical bags and 2 rows of horizontal bags. After the Grouping machgine has grouped the bags, the pushing machine pushes the bags to the lifting machine, then stacking.
3.5.Lifting and palletizing: the 5 packed bags are flattened by the flattening machine. This is the biggest advantage that is different from the robotic palletizing machine. The robotic palletizer stacking is throwing and stacking, the high-level palletizer stacking is stacking and flattening, so the shape will be more neat and beautiful.
After flattened bags, the pull plates are pulled to two sides, and the bags fall into the pallets to complete the palletizing of one layer of bags.
3.6.Palletizing conveyor: After the palletizing is completed, the pallets are sent out of the palletizing machines by the palletizing conveyor, and then the pallets are moved by forklift or truck.
3.7.The working principle of the pallets warehouse: the pallets warehouse of the high-level palletizer and the robotic palletizer are same, so can be used universally. The pallets warehouse is used to storaged the empty pallets. Pallets warehouse is an accessory part of high-level palletizer and robotic palletizer.
Putting the empty pallet into the pallets warehouse by forklift or manual. When the palletizer need an empty pallet, the pallets lifter in the pallets warehouse will lift the entire empty pallet, leaving the downmost pallet, and the conveyor transports the downmost pallet to the palletizer for palletizing, and the pallets lifter will put down the remain empty pallets, thus complete the conveying of a layer of empty pallets.
3.8.In the operation of the high-level palletizer, can avoid using pallets in the pallets warehouse, just using forklift to move the bags directly. This can save the cost of pallets, but at the same time increases the difficulty and cost of loading into the truck, consider this, most customers still using pallets and pallets warehouse.
