Product Description

Rotary drum dryer machine introduction:

We use new advanced dryer machine, it with second drying system and explosion protection system. The input sawdust moisture less than 50%, the final output sawdust moisture less than 15%, the capacity can be 2-3t/h(Ø1.5X9M) and 4-5t/h(Ø1.8X11M). If input sawdust moisture high than 50%, we will add the third drying system(pipe drying system), so still can ensure the final output sawdust moisture less than 15%, capacity still can be 2-3t/h(Ø1.5X9M) and 4-5t/h(Ø1.8X11M). 
We will put the temperature sensor in the hot stove and input pipes and output pipes, so we can know the temperature of the hot air. The same time, we will put the moisture sensor in the output sawdust, so we can know the output sawdust moisture, if output sawdust moisture is higher than 15%, we will enhance the input hot air temperature, of course, if the output sawdust moisture is less than 10%, then we will turn down the input hot air temperature!

About the hot stove: with firewall inside, so can ensure the fire star can't go into the dryer machine. It can burn the coal, waste wood, wood pellets and so on, it will be more economy. Because of the special structure, every hour only need burn 100-150kg fuel, but the output hot air can be 400-600 degree, can ensue there are enough hot air in the dryer machine to drying the wet sawdust.

After the dryer machine, we will use end air collecting system, so can collect the end air, also can collect the dust.

7.With dust collecting system, it can collect dust, and more environmental protection.

8.In the hot stove, will set firewall, so can prevent fire into the drum dryer.

9.There are input and output temperature meter in the electric control cabinet, so can according to the temperature to control the drying time, then control the final dried sawdust's moisture.
