1.Application
It is mainly used in the wood pellet production lines, which separates large-sized wooden blocks, wood chips and impurities from wood sawdust or wood powder, so the wood sawdust or wood powder can be made into wood pellets.
2.Composition
Main body, observation window, motor, reducer, roller unit, frame, inlet and outlet, rotating shaft, wire screen, pulse dust collector, etc.
The main body is composed of a ring-shaped flat steel wire mesh. The whole is inclined to the ground plane, and the outside is sealed by a sealed isolation cover to prevent environmental pollution.
3.Working principle
The roller device is mounted on the frame, and the motor is coupled to the roller device via a speed reducer to drive the roller device to rotate about its axis. The raw material falls into the chute from the feeding mechanism, wherein the iron-containing impurities are adsorbed to the chute by the iron remover, and after entering the drum device, the wood chips on the screen surface are turned over and rolled due to the tilting and rotation of the drum device, which is smaller than the mesh hole. The wood chips and wood powder (the undersize material) are discharged through the screen, and the wood blocks and wood chips (the upper objects) larger than the mesh holes are discharged from the end of the drum, and during the operation of the drum screen, the wood chips are turned and rolled in the drum, so that The chips caught in the mesh holes can be ejected and it is not easy to block the mesh holes.
